It is the only kitchen in the Ann Arbor area doing that as its main business, and it carries the highest customer rating of any Chinese restaurant in the county.The address is 3765 Carpenter Rd in Ypsilanti, on the same stretch as Dagu's neighbours in the Carpenter Road Asian cluster.Two things will catch you out. It is closed Tuesdays, and it closes between 3pm and 5pm every day it is open. Lunch runs 11am to 3pm and dinner 5pm to 9pm, so a 4pm arrival on any day finds it shut.
