Thai cooking on Main Street until 4am.
Eat Thai opened at 332 S Main St in December 2025 under chef Teerawat Pho-On, and it did something no other downtown kitchen was doing: it stayed on past last call. The menu is the full range rather than a late-night short list, so curries, noodle plates, fried rice and the grilled dishes are all available at the hour when most of Main Street is counting the till.
The late window is five nights, not seven. Wednesday through Saturday the kitchen runs 11am to 4am. Sunday it runs 11am to 2am. Monday and Tuesday it closes at 10pm like a normal restaurant, which is the part people get wrong, so a Tuesday craving is not a plan.
