The cooking is chef-driven and pulls from Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Indian technique rather than committing to one cuisine, which is not what you usually get at a counter at this price.Closed Monday is the thing to write down. Between this room and Miss Kim there is a Kim kitchen open every day of the week, but on two of those days you get no choice: Monday is Miss Kim only, Tuesday is Little Kim only, and Wednesday through Sunday you can have either.Open 11:30am to 6pm Tuesday through Sunday.
